You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

You may register with an email address or through Google authentication. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the network, or attempt to manipulate rewards.

XP is a reputation score earned through quests and referrals. XP may be convertible into XY3A tokens in the future at a ratio and date decided by the Xyzweb3ai team.

XY3A is a utility token of the network. No token price, contract address or guaranteed value is promised. Rewards are subject to verification and anti-abuse checks.

Node operators provide compute to the decentralized inference mesh. Operators must keep nodes online, honest and properly configured. Rewards depend on uptime, completed work and staked XY3A.

Running a node does not guarantee fixed income. Emissions follow real contribution to the network.

You may not use Xyzweb3ai for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, malware distribution, Sybil attacks, reward farming, or to exploit bugs in the service.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the platform beyond the interfaces we provide.

Xyzweb3ai is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific AI outputs, token value or investment returns.

XY3A is a utility token, not a security. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xyzweb3ai and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
